Acceptance Schedule & Registration Requirements

Final notifications regarding paper acceptance and presentation format (podium or poster) were sent to authors on 16 January 2026.

To ensure inclusion in the published proceedings and technical program, the presenting author must register by 31 January 2026.

To accommodate the large number of contributors, each presenting author may deliver only one presentation. For co-authored papers, a different co-author must be designated as the presenter, and that individual must also complete registration by 31 January 2026.

Visa advisory: Presenters requiring visas for travel to Canada should register as early as possible to allow adequate processing time.

All PPT templates for oral, final flash and poster presentations will be available soon.
