Registration & Accommodation

An early departure fee may apply based on the individual hotel policy. It is recommended to reconfirm your departure date upon arrival to avoid this fee. 

All hotel reservation changes must be sent to the hotel directly. 

Hotels will debit one night’s stay 30 to 45 days prior to your arrival, as a deposit, which is non-refundable.   

If you do not cancel your reservation in writing in advance of the cancellation date, the cost of the room may be charged in full on the credit card on file. Hotel cancellation varies according to hotels. Please check your hotel confirmation.   

If you do not cancel your reservation with the hotel in advance of the cancellation date, the cost of the room may be charged in full on the credit card on file.   

Rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to all applicable taxes.  

Rates are applicable three (3) days prior and three (3) days after the congress, subject to availability. 

The following taxes are not included in the room rate and are subject to change without notice (on a per room, per night basis): 3.5% tax on lodging federal Goods and Services Tax (GST), 9.975% Provincial Sales Tax (PST).  Other taxes may apply.  

Your credit card may be charged if: 

• you do not check in at the hotel on the scheduled arrival day (no-show); 

• you shorten your scheduled departure after checking in; or 

• you do not cancel your reservation within the set cancellation policy.
