Preferential rates have been negotiated for the participants of ITA WTC2026. 

All the hotels are located within a 2-to-15-minute walk from the Palais des congrès de Montréal, near many restaurants, museums, local attractions and nightlife. Complimentary Wi-Fi in all selected hotels.  

Warning regarding unofficial accommodation services that can present good offers: It is common practice that some third parties present themselves fraudulently as travel agencies and solicit attendees and exhibitors to book hotel rooms that are not endorsed by conference organisers. 

To ensure you are booking with trusted partners, please only use the official booking links below. 

Rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. 

The following taxes are not included in the room rates and are subject to change without notice (on a per room, per night basis): 3.5% tax on lodging; 5% federal Goods and Services Tax (GST), and 9.975% Provincial Sales Tax (PST)

Reservation Guarantee

A credit card is required to book and guarantee the reservation. Reservations will not be processed without a credit card.        

Early Departure

An early departure fee may apply based on the individual hotel policy. It is recommended to reconfirm your departure date upon arrival to avoid this fee. 

Changes

All hotel reservation changes must be sent to the hotel directly. 

Deposit (Cancellation Policy)

Hotels will debit one night’s stay 30 to 45 days prior to your arrival, as a deposit, which is non-refundable.   

If you do not cancel your reservation in writing in advance of the cancellation date, the cost of the room may be charged in full on the credit card on file. Hotel cancellation varies according to hotels. Please check your hotel confirmation.   

No shows (non-cancelled rooms)

If you do not cancel your reservation with the hotel in advance of the cancellation date, the cost of the room may be charged in full on the credit card on file.   

Important notices

Rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to all applicable taxes.  

Rates are applicable three (3) days prior and three (3) days after the congress, subject to availability.

Your credit card may be charged if: 

  • you do not check in at the hotel on the scheduled arrival day (no-show);
