Before starting the registration process, you must obtain your Category III discount code.

Must be under 35 years of age (born after 1 January 1991) and provide proof of full-time enrolment at the time of the congress. Acceptable proof includes a valid student ID, a letter from your registrar, or an official transcript.

All cancellations must be notified in writing to the ITA WTC2026 Congress Secretariat at info@wtc2026.ca prior to the below deadlines:  

• Cancellations received prior or on 31 January 2026: Full refund – minus a CA$150 administration fee. 

• Cancellations received from 1st February 2026: NO refund. 

In the event of an inability to attend, the registration may be transferred to a colleague upon payment of a CA$150 administrative fee per change. From 15 April 2026, and onwards, no name changes will be accepted. Notification of substitution should be made in writing to info@wtc2026.ca. 

In the event of non-obtainment of a visa, 100% of the registration fees will be reimbursed less an administrative fee of CA$150. The participant must make a written request and attach proof of non-obtainment of the visa by April 15, 2026 at info@wtc2026.ca. 

ITA WTC2026 reserves the right to cancel any additional events and will refund the full cost of the activities. 

If you require a support letter for your visa application or your academic institution, please request it during your registration process. Do not delay this process since getting a visa to enter Canada may take a few weeks, so we recommend you plan accordingly.
