3. Submission Process
– To upload your paper, log back in to the Author Portal
– Open your abstract on the submission page and scroll down to the Revised Full Paper section for the upload link.
– Upload your updated manuscript.
– Complete the required fields, including the final title, abstract and author list, as well as identifying the presenting author
– Click Save and Submit to complete the process.
4. Copyright & Permission Verification
-To be included in the WTC Congress and Proceedings, each paper must be accompanied by a signed License to Publish form, completed by the first author and uploaded through the author portal.
– Authors must also confirm that permission has been obtained for all copyrighted figures and acknowledge any use of Generative AI by completing the Permission and AI Verification form. All copyright permissions granted must be submitted along with the completed form as a single PDF, using the upload link provided in the author portal. Please note that AI-generated content will not be accepted. Authors are fully responsible for the originality, accuracy, and integrity of their submissions. Please review CRC Press’s AI policy before finalizing your manuscript.
5. Acceptance Schedule & Registration Requirements
– Final notifications regarding paper acceptance and presentation format (podium or poster) will be sent to authors by 16 January 2026.
-To ensure inclusion in the published proceedings and technical program, the presenting author must register by 31 January 2026.
-To accommodate the large number of contributors, each presenting author may deliver only one presentation. For co-authored papers, a different co-author must be designated as the presenter, and that individual must also complete registration by 31 January 2026.
–Visa advisory: Presenters requiring visas for travel to Canada should register as early as possible to allow adequate processing time.
