Visa information : travelling to Canada

Visitors entering Canada will be required to present a valid passport and in some cases an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) or a visa.
All visitors must ensure that they have all the necessary documents in their possession before entering the country.

If you need a visa to enter Canada, we will provide an invitation letter upon registration completion and payment.

Please note that the conference registration will open on the Fall 2025.
